Once again The L. Suzio Companies teamed up with Rhode Island-based J.L. Marshall in developing another Yale-affiliated building which spans over 84,000 square feet in area to be used by the History of Art department.
The project, which was completed in August of 2008, also included a renovation of Rudolph Hall. Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LLED) rating certification is once again what the structure and rehab job is looking to achieve.
