Suzio York Hill supplied materials for many of the ongoing improvements to downtown Meriden, CT, done in conjunction with LaRosa Construction of Meriden.

Amtrak Renovations

Suzio York Hill supplied materials for the Amtrak renovations in Meriden, Berlin and Wallingford, CT, done by Judlau Contracting of New York.

Baseball Fields

Fibers, along with other admixtures, allowed Natale Concrete Construction of Bloomfield, CT to meet the owners’ specifications of this first-of-its-kind slip formed curb design.

Residential Patio Placement

Conte Construction of Norwalk, CT chose the Nutmeg color concrete for a patio placement.

Stevenson Dam

A completely dry-batched, micro silica mix design allowed Knowles Industrial Services of Gorham, ME to run hundreds of feet of hose to accomplish the dam's resurfacing.

Lockup Storage

A superplasticizer mix helped Complex Construction of Oxford, CT's tilt-up wall placements go well for the Lockup Storage project.

Quinnipiac University York Hill Campus

The L. Suzio Companies worked closely with O&G Industries of Torrington, CT in developing Quinnipiac University's York Hill Campus, complete with new suite-style residence buildings, a student center and a five-story parking garage.

Yale’s Ingalls Rink Renovation and Addition

The L. Suzio companies were called upon by S&F Concrete of Massachusetts and Epifano Builders of Stratford, Connecticut to provide their materials for Yale’s Ingalls Rink Renovation and Addition.

Klean Energy
