Suzio York Hill

Yale’s Forestry & Environmental Studies Building

New Haven, CT

The L. Suzio Companies teamed up with J.L. Marshall of Rhode Island in developing Yale’s Forestry & Environmental Studies Building. The project was meant to consolidate Science Hill by uniting eight buildings and to refocus the school near the universities fellow science facilities.

The 65,000 gross square foot structure maximizes energy efficiency along with natural lighting and ventilation. It also reduces the use of mechanical systems while recycling and conserving water and other resources.
