Yale’s Ingalls Rink Renovation and Addition

The L. Suzio companies were called upon by S&F Concrete of Massachusetts and Epifano Builders of Stratford Connecticut to provide their materials for Yale’s Ingalls Rink Renovation and Addition. Construction of the new rink was completed in the fall of 2009 and for the beginning of the new varsity season. In April 2009 work will resume on the addition phase of development which will focus on the interior and finalizing the complete project as of September 2009.

Suzio materials will be used to improve conditions of the existing rink and for a below-grade 14,000 square foot addition to provide new locker room and training facilities. The project planning has been geared to use Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) process and energy process to strive for SILVER rating.
