The L. Suzio Companies have teamed up with J.L. Marshall of Rhode Island in developing Yale’s Forestry & Environmental Studies Building. The project is meant to consolidate Science Hill by uniting eight buildings and to refocus the school near the universities fellow science facilities.
The 65,000 gross square foot structure will maximize energy efficiency along with natural lighting and ventilation. It will also reduce the use of mechanical systems while recycling and conserving water and other resources.
